  • Sold goods that are CNC servo packs and drives.
  • The coverage of our warranty will cover for 6 months.
  • Sold goods that are CNC boards.
  • The coverage of our warranty will cover for 3 months.
  • Sold goods that are electronic parts (ex. Capacitors or Hakko..), etc.
  • The coverage of our warranty will cover for 1 month.
  • In addition: This warranty will only be valid as long the return is in the same conditions as it was shipped. It must not be unopened or used.

The products must be returned in their original packaging. This includes but is not limited to…

  • A crack that wasn’t originally there.
  • A burn/smoke on the product(s).
  • The products (if originally wrapped); MUST not be ripped or open goods from the original warping.
  • The products must not be damaged/inflicted by the customer after receiving them.

In addition, the warranty does not cover return shipping. Therefore, the client is responsible for the shipping and packaging transaction.

  • An investigation will take place to determine the coverage of the warranty.
